Surrounded by lush greenery & with a picturesque environment, the heritage colonial black & white bungalow comfortably sits up to 140 guests and has 3 private dining rooms.
Our second-floor dining rooms provide a beautiful view of the surrounding nature and is configurable for your important day.

Founded in 2020 during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, Keef The Beef began as a passion project and quickly grew into a thriving restaurant.
At Keef The Beef, we take pride in offering a remarkable selection
of steaks that will satisfy even the most discerning palates. Our
menu features a diverse range of options, including Argentinian,
USDA Prime, Australian F1 Wagyu, and delectable dry-aged cuts. Each piece of meat is carefully sourced to ensure the highest quality and exceptional flavour.

Private Dining
Minimum spend from $750++ to $1000++, for up to 12 guests.
PRIVATE EVENTS
Special events include corporate functions such as launches, gala dinners, and celebrations such as birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries. Budgets can be discussed based on individual event requirements. Room hire and manpower charges apply.

GENERAL EVENTS POLICY
- We reserve the rights to amend the policy, terms & conditions without notice.
- All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and do not include prevailing Goods & Services Taxes (GST) and Service Charge.
- Hire rates are inclusive of complimentary water, installed Audio & Video equipment and glassware. It does not include decorations, premium food & beverage ingredients and additional equipments required for the event.
- Bookings for PDR require a 25% deposit and must be made at least seven (7) days in advance. For bookings above 20 guests, 50% deposit is needed and must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior. Special events require at least thirty (30) days’ notice.
- Damages and cleaning fees of up to SGD500++ will be borne by the guest, on a case-by-case basis.
- Bookings are on a first come, first served basis and are subjected to availability.
- Food & Beverages are subject to availability.
- Amendment to number of guests attending the event could be made latest 5 business days prior to the event, and is limited to 5% variance from the total amount of guests as stated in the final invoice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
PRIVATE DINING
Cancellations must be made at least three days in advance, otherwise deposit will be forfeited. A one-time postponement will be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
SPECIAL EVENTS
All bookings require a 50% deposit made thirty (30) days prior to the event. The 50% deposit may be refunded for cancellations fourteen (14) days before the date of the event. There will be strictly no refunds made less than seven (7) days before the event.
